Returns and Exchanges
Life inevitably presents unexpected situations, and you may need to return unused items to us, which we understand. We offer the following solutions for such cases.
We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds on unused items. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original accessories to be eligible for a refund according to the following terms. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for payment. We cover the shipping costs to you, but unfortunately, returns are not eligible for free shipping. All items that do not meet our return criteria (listed below) or are returned without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at Clashii's sole discretion.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that shipping costs can be high, depending on distance, item size, and weight (especially tents).
Exchanges
Each product can only be exchanged once (i.e., you cannot exchange for an item that has already been exchanged).
All exchanged items must be of equal value to the original purchase.
We do not allow the return of exchanged items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Return Policy
Your return package may take 7-30 days to arrive at our address.
Please keep your postage receipt and send the return package along with the tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.
We will not issue a refund for your return without proof of receipt and delivery.
Defective/Damaged Goods:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please visit our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need to upload photos of the item so that we can approve your refund or exchange request.
Procedure
1. In "My Order Details," select the item you wish to return and click the "Request Return" button. For any items you have purchased but have not yet used, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
2. Obtain the authorization code and return address.
3. After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from your order page. Carefully pack the item using your own shipping materials and affix the label to the outside of the package. Ensure the item is securely packaged, as it is your responsibility to deliver it to us as it was received.
4. Use the shipping label provided in the package.
5. Prepare your package and place all the products to be returned inside, adhering to the product conditions and return form.
6. Affix the return label, ensuring the barcode is visible.
7. Deliver your item to any nearest post office or your local post office worker promptly and update your tracking number.
After our returns center receives your return, please wait up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If procedures are not followed or elements are missing, the return may not be processed, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
