1. What if my order is delayed?
If your order arrives later than expected, please contact our customer service department at arin@clashii.com. We will handle it immediately and work with our courier partners to arrange delivery for you as quickly as possible.
2. What if my order hasn't been delivered?
Sometimes shipping delays may occur. If your package does not arrive within the time specified on the clashii.com website, please contact our customer service department at arin@clashii.com. We are happy to assist you.
3. What if my order is missing items?
If your order received from clashii.com is missing anything, please contact our customer service department at arin@clashii.com. We are happy to assist you.
4. How do I clean my tent?
We recommend using a mildew and stain remover, along with a sponge, soft brush, and a hose. Never use bleach.
5. How to remove mold from a tent?
1. Dry-brush the area with a soft-bristled brush or sponge.
2. Kill the mold with a mixture of one part white vinegar (distilled vinegar) and three parts water. Spray on the mold and let it dry.
3. Use a stain remover. This is gentle on canvas and has historically worked best. Follow the instructions on the packaging. Try spot cleaning with hot water in a spray bottle, or prepare the solution in a bucket and then wipe with a sponge. Don't worry if the mold isn't completely gone.
4. Let it dry in the sun.
5. Apply the conditioner again and let it feel dry. You may need to repeat this step three times.
6. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry before storing.

6. Can I allow grass and leaves to come into contact with the tent?
It's fine for a few days, but we recommend keeping leaves and wet leaves at least 3 feet away from the canvas tent. These things can easily cause mold growth on the canvas.
7. How to Check My Order Status
Your order confirmation email contains all the details of your order: order number, shipping method, and shipping/billing address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order ships. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

8. How Do I Return an Item?
If you are not satisfied, you can return a brand new, undamaged, full-price item within 30 days of receiving it and receive a refund.
1. In "My Order Details," select the item you wish to return and click the "Request a Return" button. For any returned items that you have purchased but have not yet used or worn, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
2. Obtain the authorization code and return address.
3. After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from the order page. Carefully pack the item using your own shipping materials and affix the label to the outside of the package. Ensure the item is securely packaged, as it is your responsibility to deliver it to us as it was received. 4. Use the shipping label provided in your package.
5. Prepare your package and include all products to be returned, adhering to the product terms and conditions and the return form.
6. Affix the return label, ensuring the barcode is visible.
7. Deliver your items promptly to any nearest post office or your local post office worker and update your tracking number.
9. Can I cancel my order?
We understand – plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before shipment, we are happy to assist you. At Clashii, we are committed to getting your goods to you quickly. Therefore, our pauses are brief. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at arin@clashii.com, and we will be happy to assist you. However, if your order is progressing slowly or we are unable to contact you in time, your order will be shipped.
